COTTAGE GROVE, MN, June 10, 2021— RE/MAX Professionals is pleased to announce the official launch of OfferWriter™, a revolutionary tool available exclusively to RE/MAX Professionals agents in Minnesota and Wisconsin through the brokerage's proprietary agent-only ProSuite 2.0 app. The app gives agents real-time access to manage all business activities including transactions, commissions, listing changes, seller reports and more. Patent pending as of June 15, 2021, OfferWriter allows agents to draft offers and send them to their clients for e-signatures in under three minutes, all from their smartphone.
The idea for OfferWriter originated from the observed need for more efficient offer writing processes, especially in the competitive, low inventory markets where offer deadlines and bidding wars are common; offers need to be submitted very quickly and agents are frequently writing multiple offers per client. While most of a realtor's business is conducted via their mobile devices, much of the day-to-day business, including writing offers, is not mobile-compatible.

2016 was a record year for RE/MAX Professionals and we had a great time celebrating at our annual Holiday Party & Awards Celebration. The brokerage was named one of the top 30 brokerages in the Twin Cities, based on units sold. The total number of transactions were up 11.3% in the past year. Total volume increased 25.6% to $132 million over the past year, and our per agent productivity increased to 19 transactions. This led to RE/MAX Professionals being ranked #4 RE/MAX brokerage in Minnesota based on units sold.
RE/MAX Professionals could not have done it without our outstanding associates. RE/MAX Professionals inducted a total of 8 members into the Executive Club in 2016. The Executive Club level is the sixth highest international honor for sales in a single year. Only 20% of more than 1,700 RE/MAX INTEGRA, Midwest associates in Minnesota achieved the Executive Club level in 2016. RE/MAX Professionals inducted 1 member into the Chairman's Club in 2016. The Chairman's Club is the third highest international honor for sales in a single year. Only 1% of more than 1,700 RE/MAX INTEGRA Midwest associates in Minnesota achieved the Chairman's Club level in 2016. Our very own Mark Mason was the recipient of this award in 2016.
In addition to being named into the Chairman's Club, Mark Mason was also inducted into the Hall of Fame in 2016, a significant milestone based on sales volume with RE/MAX. The Mason Team was awarded the top team at RE/MAX Professionals in transactions, completing 90 transactions in 2016.
Anne Clancy was awarded the On Fire award which is awarded to the individual or team that had the largest increase in production over the year prior. Anne had a 109.6% increase in volume for a total of 9 million in production.
Brittney Dahl was also presented with the On Fire award for the largest increase in transactions over the year prior. Brittney had an 85.7% increase in transactions.
Thad Rich was named the #1 individual agent at RE/MAX Professionals in volume and transactions with 12.1 million in volume and 43 transactions.
The Jonathan Lindstrom Real Estate Group was named the #1 team in Volume with 22.3 million in sales volume.
